Update
Yesterday the Foxes managed 34.6km in 13 hours bringing them that little bit closer to the finish on the west coast.  Still the winds are not in their favour.  Contrary to the first crossing from west to east the Foxes are now experiencing cold toes and frozen socks overnight.  To overcome they are using warm water in their platypus to keep the socks and boots from freezing in their tent porch overnight.

Rachel continues the abuse of her kit and yesterday managed to break a zip too.  Looks like the gaffa tape will be being put to good use again!

Sun Podcast
The fourth Sun podcast has been released this morning.  Download from www.thesun.co.uk/podcast to listen to Felicity chatting to Lachlan Cartwright of The Sun about the highs and lows of the past seven days.

If you have not heard the podcast yet, please do listen.  It's a fabulous achievement to be podcasting from the frozen wastelands of Greenland and it affords a wonderful insight into the girls' daily lives and routine.
